1. In-Game Loss & Liability Disclaimer

Sharehauler is a tracking, intelligence database, and coordination tool provided on an "as-is" basis. We hold absolute **no responsibility or liability** for in-game losses. This includes, but is not limited to, lost cargo, intercepted cargo hauls, compromised storage facility coordinates, failed player trades, server discrepancies, or missing aUEC credits. All operations, coordinates, and market listings utilized through the platform are executed at your own risk.

2. Real Money Trading (RMT) Prohibition

Sharehauler **does not condone, permit, or assume any responsibility for Real Money Trading (RMT)**. The listing, buying, or selling of blueprints, raw materials, refined items, coordinates, or any other virtual assets for real-world currency is strictly prohibited. All storefront listings and negotiation threads must be conducted purely using Star Citizen in-game currency (aUEC) or physical material-for-material barter arrangements.
